Egg Frittatas with Truffle Season's

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (large or medium)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup chopped spinach (or any other veggies of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of cheese of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp Truffle Season's of your choice
  • Oil spray

Recipe Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Spray 6 standard nonstick muffin pan with oil.

  3. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper, add vegetables and cheese and stir.

  4. Divide mixture evenly between muffin pan.

  5. Bake 25 minutes or until the top is light golden and the center springs back when touched. Serve immediately and sprinkle with Truffle Season's. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
