Baked Brie with White Truffle

  • 1 medium brie wheel (about 7 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp. Butter & White Truffle
  • Season’s™ seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Black pepper to taste

    Recipe Steps

    1. Preheat oven 180°C/350°F. Remove all packaging from brie wheel.

    2. Use a sharp knife to cut a circle in the top of your brie. You want to go through the rind and a little into the cheese. Peel this back and use a teaspoon to scrape a small amount of cheese away.

    3. Toss your Butter & White Truffle Season’s™ seasoning over the cheese, drizzle over the olive oil and add a good pinch of salt and pepper.

    4. Wrap the brie in cooking paper and then tightly in tinfoil. Place the brie on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until completely molten.

    5. Remove tinfoil from brie and place in bowl. Add plenty of bread slices, apples, or even some radishes – the choice is yours! Serve and enjoy.
